What you have to do is to improve your squad. Swap the unwanted bronze cards with the more powerful silver fighters. As soon as you do this, you will see significant improvement in your squad's performance.
The only problem here is that silver fighters are pretty pricey. They are sold for sums like 50,000 Koins in the shop.
